WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DATA

WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED

Only what you write in the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number, the options you select and the message you send. This website collects nothing else.

WHAT IT IS USED FOR

Only to read your message and reply to you. Your data is never used to send you news or marketing, and it is never shared with anyone.

WHY IT CAN BE PROCESSED

Because you give your consent by ticking the box before sending the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

HOW LONG IT IS KEPT

Your message stays in Emma Rodero's mailbox for as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry. It is not stored in any other database.

WHO ELSE CAN SEE IT

Nobody else reads it. Simply because the service has to work, your data passes through the systems of the website's hosting provider (IONOS) and the email provider (Universitat Pompeu Fabra).

WHAT YOU CAN ASK FOR

To see your data, correct it, delete it, object to its use, restrict it or ask for a copy. Just write to emma.rodero@upf.edu. If you believe something has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
